Kacy leads the client service team at Communicus, having held that position since 2010. She has been instrumental in the development of new reporting and storytelling processes that have enabled the company to achieve new heights of client satisfaction, as reflected by its successes in client retention and NPS scores. She works directly with client teams, including those of AT&T, HP, Target, MillerCoors and others to enhance and build actionability of research findings. She has applied these learnings to the development of new analytic and data visualization processes, producing ongoing improvement in story outputs.
