Jillian is involved with all facets of custom research as well as syndicated and strategic consulting as the VP of research at Ypulse. She keeps her perspective sharp by engaging with teens and Millennials daily, whether leading MROCs, pop-up communities, quantitative studies or moderating focus group discussions online and off. The wide range of brands Jillian has been privileged to work with, including Spotify, Google, Facebook, Hershey and the NFL, all benefit from her passion for understanding generational dynamics. Jillian holds Bachelor of Science degrees in marketing and fashion merchandising from the University of Delaware.
