Bruce Ferguson is vice president of qualitative research at SIRS, a full-service marketing research company. He manages the qualitative division which includes a focus group facility in Cincinnati. As a moderator with over 25 years of experience, he helps clients better understand their markets and customers. He brings a marketer’s perspective to every project, having been a brand manager prior to starting his own research firm. His experience includes the following industries: banking, consumer package goods, home and garden, insurance, medical equipment and pharmaceuticals.
