Ashley graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2009. She started her career in consumer insights at ad agencies, starting at Universal McCann in New York, followed by its parent company Mediabrands in Singapore. Since then, she has worked at Kadence International, leading regional and global studies covering a wide range of industries, topics, consumer segments and research approaches. Her work at Kadence has covered all major markets in Asia-Pacific as well as the Middle East and beyond. She has personally designed and led projects incorporating a wide range of qualitative and quantitative approaches.
